What do you need to get your visa?

CROATIA
• copy of the passport
• Bank statement
• Fill an application form found in the Croatian consulate
• One recent passport photo.
• Hotel reservation voucher confirming all expenses are prepaid .
• Work Certificate

CZECH REPUBLIC
• Passport validity exceeding 9 months
• Bank statement
• Return airline ticket
• One recent passport photo
• Hotel reservation voucher from Campus Travel confirming all expenses are prepaid , or and invitation letter (original) verified by the Czech Immigration Police or valid Schengen , US or UK Visa.
• Travel insurance (available at campus travel )
• One visa application form filled in ball-point pen or by typewriter
 Fees: $30
